  • If you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date will forfeit the deposit but incur no additional charges. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

  • Yes, you can reschedule your session by notifying us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if the request is made within 7 days of the original date.

  • Our team will guide you through the entire process. Depending on the type of shoot, we’ll discuss wardrobe, location, and styling beforehand. On the day of the shoot, we’ll ensure a comfortable and professional environment to capture the best possible results.

  • The delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the project. Typically, you can expect to receive your final images or videos within 2-4 weeks after the shoot. We will provide you with a more accurate timeline once the project is underway.

  • Yes, all of our photography and videography packages include basic retouching and editing. If you require additional or advanced retouching, we offer those services at an additional cost. We will discuss your needs and preferences during the project planning phase.

  • Yes, after the shoot, we will provide you with a selection of proofs from which you can choose your favorite images or footage for final editing.

  • While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your files are safe, in the unlikely event of data loss, our liability is limited to the amount of the deposit paid. We encourage clients to make copies of all delivered files for their own records.

  • Yes, once you’ve received the final content and full payment has been made, you are free to use the images or videos on your social media platforms, websites, and other promotional materials.

  • Yes, we often work with models for product photography and other projects. If models are involved, they will need to sign a separate Model Consent Form, which outlines the usage rights for their likeness.

  • Yes, we offer retainer packages for clients who require regular content creation services. This is ideal for businesses looking to maintain a consistent presence on social media and other platforms. Please contact us to discuss custom packages.

  • All content created by Recalibrate Media remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the rights are transferred to the client, except for any third-party content used in the project.
